Limitations​

Please take note of the following restrictions:

  • Only templates categorized as "Marketing" are supported
  • Footers are not supported in limited-time offer templates
  • These templates do not display correctly on WhatsApp Web or Desktop clients — users will see a generic message indicating unsupported content

How to Create a Limited-Time Offer Template in Mark360.ai​

  1. Navigate to: WhatsApp → Message Templates

  2. Click: + Create Template

    • On the top-right corner, click the ➕Create Template button.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Template Name
    • Category: Marketing - Limited Time Offer
    • Allow Category Change: No
    • Language: Choose preferred language

  4. Add Template Content

  • Header (Optional): Upload an image, video.
  • Message Body: Write your promotional message content.
  • Add Variable(s) (if required) and provide sample values for Meta review.

  • Enter the Offer Header text.

Configure the Expiration Timer​

  1. Enable the Expiration Date toggle within the template editor

  2. Add a coupon code, link, and call-to-action via Copy Code or URL buttons

  3. (Optional) Enable Link Click Tracking to measure CTA performance and user interaction

Meta will display a live countdown timer in the template to enhance urgency.

Submitting for Approval​

Once your template is fully configured:

  • Click Create Template to send it to Meta for review
  • Approval typically takes up to 24 hours

After approval, you can send your limited-time offer template through multiple channels within Mark360.ai:

  • Compose Box
  • Broadcast
  • Sequences
  • Bots

When sending, you’ll be prompted to configure the expiration date dynamically.
