To begin, click the "Connect by Yourself" button from your Mark360.ai dashboard. This will initiate the self-serve onboarding process.

Before you begin, make sure you've completed all pre-requisites.

Step-by-Step Setup​

  1. Fill in Your Business Information
    Enter your company name, website, industry, and other required details.

  2. Choose or Create Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
    You can either select an existing WABA linked to your Meta Business Account or create a new one.

  3. Set Up Your WhatsApp Business Profile
    Provide public-facing business details such as:

    • Business display name
    • Description
    • Business category
    • Support email or website

  4. Add and Verify Your Mobile Number

    • Enter the business phone number you want to use with WhatsApp API
    • Verify the number via SMS or voice call

  5. Wait for Confirmation
    Your WhatsApp Business Account will be created and linked within 3–5 minutes.

Once your setup is complete, you’ll be ready to start messaging customers, building automations, and launching campaigns — all through Mark360.ai.
