Migration from Other BSPs (Business Solution Providers)

If you're currently using another Business Solution Provider (BSP) for your WhatsApp Business API, migrating to Mark360.ai may involve a few additional steps. The process can vary depending on the BSP you're moving from, but this guide outlines the general migration workflow.


Migration Overview

The migration involves 3 key components:

  • The Meta Business Account where the phone number is registered
  • The phone number you wish to migrate
  • Your new account with Mark360.ai

Migration Steps

Step 1: Disable Two-Step Authentication (2FA)

Before initiating the migration, you must disable Two-Step Verification on the phone number linked to your WhatsApp Business Account.

To disable 2FA:

  • Go to WhatsApp Business Manager
  • Navigate to Phone Numbers > Configurations > Two-Step Confirmation
  • If you see the option “Enable”, it means 2FA is currently disabled
  • If it's enabled, click on “Disable”

Step 2: Notify Your Product Specialist

Let your Mark360.ai Product Specialist know you want to migrate. You’ll be required to:

  • Fill out a migration form provided by our team
  • Reach out with any doubts or help needed while filling the form

Step 3: Re-enable Two-Step Authentication

Once the migration is complete, it's important to re-enable 2FA to maintain security and keep your Official Business Account (OBA) status.

To enable 2FA:

  • Go to WhatsApp Business Manager > Phone Numbers > Configurations > Two-Step Confirmation
  • Click on “Enable”

Migrating from WhatsApp Business API to WhatsApp Business / Personal App

If you’re planning to delete your number from the WhatsApp Business API and use it with the WhatsApp Business or personal app, ensure the following:

Pre-Deletion Requirements:

  • Settle any outstanding dues
  • Your number must have sent fewer than 1,000 messages in the past 30 days

How to Request Deletion

Send an email from your registered business email address to:

support@mark360.ai
Subject line: Request for Deletion of Phone Number <your-number>


What Happens Next?

  1. Our support team will review your request and check for pending dues
  2. Messaging will be temporarily paused for the number to prevent disruptions
  3. A scheduled deletion date will be shared with you
  4. On that date, we’ll request deletion from Meta and keep you updated
  5. Once complete, the number can be reused in:
    • WhatsApp Consumer App
    • WhatsApp Business App
    • Or re-registered via Mark360.ai in the future

Note: If your number was previously banned by Meta, different reactivation rules may apply.
