Once you successfully create your Mark360.ai account, you’ll gain access to a 3-day demo environment — allowing you to explore core features such as broadcasting, automation, templates, and team collaboration.

All messages in demo mode are sent from a shared test number.

To use your own WhatsApp number, you’ll need to activate your free trial by connecting your business number.

Understanding the Demo Account​

When you sign up for Mark360.ai, a demo account is automatically activated for 3 days. This allows you to explore the platform with limited messaging access, ideal for testing workflows before going live.

How to Activate the Demo Account​

If you don’t have a business number ready, you can still activate and explore the demo environment.

  1. On the Connect WhatsApp Number pop-up, click on:
    "I don’t have a business number. Explore demo account."

  2. The mobile number you used during signup will be used to send the activation link.

  3. Click on Send Activation Link.

  4. Open WhatsApp and tap Activate in the message received.
    If nothing happens, click "Click here to refresh page."

  5. Once activated, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
    Click Get Started to begin exploring.
