Integrate WhatsApp Business with Mark360.ai

Learn how to authenticate and connect your WhatsApp number with Mark360.ai for seamless business communication.

The WhatsApp Business API enables businesses to deliver support, send updates, and engage customers at scale. Before getting started with Mark360.ai’s WhatsApp integration, there are a few essential requirements to prepare. Let’s go through them.


Pre-requisites for WhatsApp Business API Integration

1. Facebook Business Manager Account

A Facebook Business Manager account is required to authenticate and manage your business across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
If you don’t have one yet, create it here: https://business.facebook.com.

You’ll need to have a Facebook Page or an Instagram Page to create your Business Manager Account.


2. Business Website

Your business website is an essential credibility and verification factor for Meta. It must clearly reflect your brand’s identity and provide a channel for customers to connect with you via WhatsApp.


3. Dedicated Phone Number

  • Use a dedicated business phone number for WhatsApp Business API.
  • This number must not be connected to any existing WhatsApp account.
  • Avoid using personal or already active WhatsApp numbers.
  • If the number was previously connected to WhatsApp, you’ll need to delete that account first.

Prepare for WhatsApp API Integration with Mark360.ai

Step 1: Phone Number Authentication

Verify your business number via SMS or voice call.
Ensure the number is not associated with any existing WhatsApp Business App or hosted provider.

If you're migrating from another provider, follow Meta’s migration guidelines or reach out to Mark360.ai support for help.

If you want to use a number already active on the WhatsApp mobile app:

  1. Go to WhatsApp → Settings → Delete My Account
  2. Or, choose a new business number for the API integration.

Step 2: Facebook Business Account Authentication

To streamline onboarding, we recommend authenticating via your existing Facebook Business Account during the Mark360.ai integration process.

Post-integration, your WhatsApp mobile app will no longer function with the connected number, and previous chats or contacts will not migrate.

Requirements for Your Business Website

Meta will review your website during the API application. Ensure it includes:

  • Business Identity
    Your business name, logo, and contact details should be clearly displayed.

  • About Us
    A detailed explanation of your business model and mission.

  • Privacy Policy
    A page outlining how customer data is collected, used, and protected.

  • Terms of Service
    Updated terms reflecting WhatsApp API usage.

  • Customer Support Info
    Demonstrate how your business supports customers, especially through WhatsApp.
