In some cases, you may need to simplify your chat-flow by connecting blocks either within the same flow or across different flows.
The Jump To feature is designed to make this process seamless and efficient.

It allows you to maintain cleaner, more organized conversation paths without duplicating content or logic.

Key Points to Remember

When using Jump To, keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. Transitioning within the same flow

   • Your destination card can be any type, as long as there is an Collect card present in between.

2. Jumping to a different flow

   • Ensure that the destination card is of the Collect type to maintain a proper flow connection.

Jump to Block Usage:

Jumping to a block in the same flow

1. In the chat flow, open the card to which you want to jump to and copy the block id.

   

2. Go to "Utilities" and then click on "Jump to". Choose the option - No for Jump to another flow.

   

3. Paste the Reference id that you copied and click on Save.

Jumping to another flow(chat-flow).

1. In the Bots, open the flow to which you want to jump to and copy the block id.

   

2. Go to "Utilities" and then click on "Jump to". Choose the option - yes for Jump to another flow. A drop-down menu named "Flow" will appear and will contain a list of flows within this bot. Select the specific flow you want to jump to from the list.

   

3. Then, paste the previously copied the reference id in the "Block Reference" field.

   

4. Click on Save.
